FileBird Cloud

Connect an external library and import folders from Dropbox/Google Drive into your WordPress media library

👋🏻

Meet FileBird Cloud Addon

The best way to connect and manage media files between WordPress and cloud platforms.

How it works

FileBird Cloud aids in media management by integrating external cloud storage with the WordPress media library.

Specifically, after connecting to Dropbox/Google Drive and creating folders within a designated folder, users can see those folders and images within the FileBird tree in WordPress media library after synchronization.

Dropbox integration

It takes 3 steps to connect the FileBird WordPress plugin to a Dropbox account, enabling WordPress users to import media from external folders quickly.

Google Drive integration

To connect FileBird to Google Drive, follow these steps:

  • Create a new project in Google Cloud Console
  • Enable the Google Drive API
  • Create OAuth client ID credentials
  • Copy JavaScript origins and Redirect URIs from your FileBird settings
  • Copy and paste Client ID and Client secret from your Google Cloud Console OAuth settings into FileBird settings

From now on, you will be able to create folders and upload images in the new Google Drive folder, then, access Google Drive folders within FileBird's folder tree interface.
